C.O.R.E. equips student club officers with the tools to lead effectively and grow as future leaders. We help students succeed academically, professionally, and personally, ensuring they thrive during and beyond college.
Professional Networking
Anteater2Anteater Mentorship (A2A) is a mentorship program comprised of UC alumni working in a variety of professional industries. Grow your network & get career insights in both your career field & other related fields.
Leadership Development
We understand that being a leader is hard. Through topics like organization & planning, building trust relationships, managing conflicts & more, we coach you to get your club from where it is to where it could be.
Workshops & Presentations
A2A also provides professional workshops on topics like building a resume profile, preparing for career fair, & LinkedIn portfolio photoshoot.
We also host special presentations on topics like “Thanks for the Feedback,” “Mental Wellness” & more.
Personalized Mentorship
Your officer team can meet for C.O.R.E. based on your needs, be it once a week or once a month. Enjoy a home-cooked meal from our A2A mentors to start each off meeting.
